Ordered this on behalf of my elderly mother. As far as I’m aware the item itself is fine, very similar to ones she’s borrowed from the doctors surgery, so easy for her to use which is why I’ve given two stars ⭐ ⭐.
I’d give one or less for the rest of the service recieved.
There are lots of companies selling the same machines, wouldn’t order from this company again due to delivery, tracking and lack of customer service which in my experience was awful.
Ordered on the 3rd, on the same day had an email that order was on the way.
On the 10th having not had delivery and no further delivery information, I messaged to ask when we could expect delivery. Tracking was through Shop app, which I was unfamiliar with and was having trouble navigating and getting information from. Parcel was finally delivered on 13th. In my opinion 10days for delivery is too long. It’s now the 17th and although irrelevant now, I never had a reply to my email enquiry.
