Stephen The cuff does not fit. It is too wide. The published measurements are inaccurate (22-32 cm) because the circumference of my arm is 23 cm. This is because the positioning of the tube entering the cuff means that the medal bar stops the adjustment from being moved to the smallest setting. When I purchased this item I do not recall being offered a choice of cuffs. Why should I have to pay £14.99 to put this right? I should be allowed to exchange m y exiting cuff for the correct one
