I have been a fan of A&D sphygmomanometers for 30 years. This one was purchased because the previous one, also a UA-651BLE had done great service for some 20 years; buying a new one was cheaper than getting the old one checked for accuracy.
It worked really well out of the box, however it refused to pair with my iPhone 16 pro in spite of following the instructions to the letter, removing the batteries etc.. In desperation I asked Gemini for help - it suggested, after the batteries had been removed, that I should press the start button for ten seconds to remove any remaining electrical activity. It paired first time after that.

Came very quickly and item works very well. Links easily to the app which in turn links directly to the Apple Health app. I'm delighted with the product and would recommend it. It was even better to order it when there was a 50% discount.
I purchased an A&D Medical UA-651BLEISO Bluetooth Connected Blood Pressure Monitor for myself several years ago as my cuff one was unreliable and I needed to keep an eye on my blood pressure. A week or two later I lost it - to my husband who has been using it ever since. It is very accurate and the free app is amazing as it uploads your readings straight to your smart phone - no more need to waste time looking for readings scribbled on discarded pieces of paper. I finally bought myself another one and this year I have also bought them as Christmas Presents for my adult offspring. Would highly recommend A&D.
Replacement monitor after failure of previous equipment purchased 19 years ago. Great piece of equipment, reliable and accurate.
